Quality, Space Saving, Easy to Clean
Bought this set for cooking restaurant style pizza at home. Though normally I would make pizza in a standard doughbox when there are parties, I needed something for making single pizza dough balls when its just me at home for lunch. Otherwise, I plan to use these to hold ingredients (cheese, meats, sauce, veggies) as they are stackable and easy to store in the fridge versus my random tupperware and odd shaped bowls. Highly recommend this product for folks that prefer a clean workspace and minimal cleanup.

Does what it says and then some
I expected a simple container that would keep separate dough portions. Well, it does exactly that, but that's not why I'm taking the time to write a review. These containers are perfectly sized for a ball of dough for 12-18" pizza. So for those of us who are Ooni or Roccbox owners, this is perfect. The silicone material releases the dough just fine (if your dough sticks, perhaps it's too wet?). It's also the best way to freeze or defrost dough for later. Portion it out into individual containers, freeze for a few hours, then put all of the frozen dough balls into a plastic freezer bag. Take one or two out and put them back into the containers to defrost overnight in the fridge.OK, so that's what it's *supposed* to do. Now for the rest...- Each one is perfectly sized for sides. Use one each for sauce, cheese, veggies, sausage/pepperoni, etc.- Really convenient to reach in and grab contents, then replace the cover without a "snap" or locking lid.- Quick storage for other food too. Got half an avocado left? Don't bother with plastic wrap or a Ziploc bag, just drop it in one of these silicone containers.- Easy cleanup. Either run it through the dishwasher or hand-wash or for many things, just wipe it down.

Nice for pizza prep. Pricy but I found them worth it.

Lids don't lock in place, liquids can spill out
Update: 7/24/23 I am adding one star to my review because the seller reached out to me with some very kind input and offered to resolve my issue. In my world, that means everything. This is a good company that is doing their level best to bring a product to market that will make lives easier.Original Review:I was pretty excited about these and having a more space saving way to proof pizza dough in my refrigerator than the option of large proofing boxes. So I popped the steep asking price and feeling as if I'd made a good decision because of all the positive reviews. Well, I don't like them and here's why. The lids just lay in place and can easily get knocked off, leaving your dough, condiments or whatever to either spill or be contaminated. If you have mushrooms for example in one of these with liquid and it gets squeeze or tilted you've got a mess everywhere, Secondly, they are not round. They are oval. I don't care what anyone elses review says, that's just a fact. the inside dimensions are 4-9/16 x 4-1/4. Yeah that may not be a huge variance, but its enough to show up when you're working with the dough. Of course you can stretch it out and make it round, but it would be much better if it was round out of the container...afterall, that's what you're paying nearly $60 bucks for! Lastly, I think these need to be a full 3 cup size, not 2.5 cups. Then you have more flexibility for larger dough balls. Just my preference. These are going back.

A necessity for regular pizza makers
We have pizza parties with our friends on a regular basis. These are the perfect size for storing the dough to bring to the party. We've probably used them over 100 times and they still look and work like new. Dishwasher and freezer safe!

High quality, excellent value
I make pizza regularly and my high expectations for these containers were exceeded. They're actually beautiful, and perfect for the second rise. For 62% dough hydration, which is sticky, I brushed the interiors with a touch of oil and had instant release. Great shape, amazingly handsome, an excellent addition to your waste-free kitchen.10 out of 10!
