Very good shredder, as advertised.
Works very well, cuts quite a few pieces of paper at one time. It can overheat if you let too many items stack up, but it cools off quickly. Mine has not jammed so far.

Great Product Easy to use and always works
AS usual the speed of filling this order was incredibly quick. Just started to use the shredder and it seems superior in operation to the shredder it replaced at the time that shredder had just been purchased (new v New).

Really like it
Works great. Bought it used like new. My other was not a cross cut and would fill up quickly. I was concerned because this one was smaller, but after a few months, I still haven’t had to empty it yet! I wouldn’t necessarily call it quieter, but it does not have as high pitch noise as my other. Overall, I think it’s a great buy, especially for the price.

replaced the shredder
worked great, low noise, then just would not turn on after very few months (5 months of light use) have received replacement it did however take a bit of back and forth emails and Whatsapp. Replacement works as good as original

sturdy and efficient
This is a great mid priced paper shredder. It shreds paper, plastic, thin cardboard perfectly. No jams yet. If you are shredding labels tho, turn them so the sticky portion is on the inside or they will make a mess in the shredding teeth. The only think that's not great is the credit card cutter. It cuts the card in half which is certainly not safe to dispose of that way. Otherwise good little sturdy shredder for the money.

Move on, stopped working after a year…
Update: a year later and it no longer works. Shredder works great! You can tell it’s a well made shredder and it handles a significant amount of paper. Even credit cards. It was great to shred that credit card!

card and cd slot does not cross cut slices plastics into large strips paper side works as advertised and does a nice job
