Has great reviews, but I disagree
This baking bloc has great reviews, but I sadly have to disagree. There's an after taste, that's not good in the Cakes. This might be me being biased and prefering the taste of butter, but I am disappointed.

Excellent Baking Block perfect for pastry.
This is the first time I have purchased Morrison's baking block. It is super good, perfect for making pastry. I use half baking block and half lard. Resulting in very light and good tasting shortcrust pastry.
