This stuff is fabulous. I don't any of the negative reviews. If you like caramel and kettle corn from the store or the fair...you will love this. It's the same thing.I added 2 tbsp of coconut oil, about 1/3 cup of the mix & 1/2 cup of popcorn. Came out great. It pops up hot & crispy from the glaze.I ate the entire bucket of popcorn myself.And honestly it's not really horrible for you.The coconut oil probably added some fat.But this stuff has 100 cals per serving. Not bad at all.Get it. You won't regret it.

The taste was good. We used this to make kettle corn for a festival. We followed the directions and it did not work well for the cooker we were using and burnt easily even though we constantly stirred it. So we had to start the corn in oil and when it popped about 25% we then added it to the pot and it seemed to work better. It does cool off the temperature of the oil when you do it this way so we had a lot more mushroom popcorn kernels unpopped.

This is light and flavorful. So easy because you add it to the corn when it starts popping. The instructions on the package could be clearer and more prominent. I used 1/2 cup of corn and 1/3 cup of this caramel flavoring with great results. (I use coconut butter oil.). It is not sticky. The popcorn is lightly coated, and not totally uniform, but overall it is great stuff!

This review is for the sweet kettle corn flavor. It's not sweet and doesn't taste like kettle corn, basically it has no flavor at all. I trashed the whole carton that was left. Won't buy again, advise you not to waste your money.

I first used this product at our school. After I found out what they used I ordered some and tried making it myself.It is so good and tastes like caramel corn is supposed to taste. Love it.

The Carmel is great. The sweet is ok. It helps to add a little salt to the sweet. But I prefer the carmel even at the county fair

While I followed the instructions as stated on the box with my machine popper, all I got was heavily burned results. I even tried adding right at the end as well and it meant a heavy cleanup. I do realize that these type of popcorn additives require much lower working temperatures and while there were trials made at lower temps on the other machine, it would seem the same result happened. It burned too quickly. I am not sure if it was just a bad batch or what the issue may be I will not be recommending this to anyone.I do have a proper method for making candied popcorns and thought this product would help shortcut the extra work. But it seems after trying to use both products as intended did not work and I have opted to follow my regular candied route with a few changes and was able to produce what seems like a superior product to use going forward.
