Nano Titanium 1.7" Wide Flat Iron for All Hair - Straightener with 5 Temps and Dual Voltage

This is my second one of these. My first one lasted over two years. I got this one in April and have only used it about 20 times. Unfortunately it will now not heat up enough to straighten my hair. You can hold the blades without it being hot.Update: customer service reached out to me and is sending me a new one. That’s amazing customer service. And if it works like the first one I had then I will continue to order these. They work great!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This flat iron is the truth. I wished I didn't wait s long to purchase it. It is hot within 30 seconds and gets your hair fpat and smooth. After the first use I threw my other flat iron to the curb. I would purchase this again.

Works great, straightens my hair pin thin or lightly depending on which temp you want it, it closes nicely with the safety lock, it's a beautiful color,it doesn't pull as much as my old one did, when I'm done doing my dul head there's maybe one or two strands that get pulled, it was a great price, and it doesn't burn my hair like other straighteners, the iron plateing is very sleek

Works great wish it could get a little warmer my hair is very thick out takes me longer to straighten

It's Perfect ❤️ Love that it smoothes hair evenly giving it a shine even without product protection. I did both with heat protector and without. Thank you I highly recommend it .

Heats well, works well. It's harder for me to use than my previous one. The range of the opening of the flat iron needs improvement.It doesn't open wide enough for me to maneuver well which leads to burning myself.The end result is shiny, bouncy, hair and some burnt ears, and fingers. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

So my make up artist was letting me borrow hers and I was like forget it I'm gonna go ahead and just buy my own because she kept asking for hers back. This is one of the best of investments I've ever made for my hair considering I wear straight long real human hair wigs, this gives you the perfect run through and I only have to do one pass.
