Really great for a birthday! Have to assemble hats yourself but it’s not difficult to do so. Good sizes as you can make them fit adults or children. Lovely bright colours too

Not the most fun set, but easy to assemble and use. Not good for too young kids. You get what is described in the pack and is fair deal.

We had a birthday party in a small hall that we had to decorate ourselves. We scattered the Ultimate Party Kit on the various tables, making sure there was a selection of each of the horns and noisemakers for the children to choose from and there were bright splashes of colour on all the tables. My daughter handed the hats out (already assembled as it took seconds) as the children arrived and there were bright splashes of colour running around the room.It was a very noisy party, but the children had so much fun. They were so happy that they got to take their noisemaker home too, though I'm sure the parents weren't.

This product is titled as "party poppers" when there are no party poppers in it. I'm not sure if it's meant to be the brand name or something?It comes with 16 each of hats, blow outs and noise makers. The hats are flat packed so need to be made up.The quality is ok and the price is reasonable. They are good to use at a party.

They are a nice size fitting children well but adults could wear them too.Also comes with 16 Noisemakers Blowouts Whistles, 16 Color Tassel Horns. Very noisy but all work fine. The children will love it!! Overall a nice party set and ok value at the current price of £9.99 (currently with 20% voucher off that too)

Got these for my three years olds birthday, the hats fit toddlers from 2 all the way upto adults with large heads, they were a little fiddly to put together but only took about 15 minutes to get them all together, the whistles were a big hit with the kids too, my daughter now has a few in her toy box and I’m reminded of them daily,Great for a party of any age and I can definitely recommend this set
