I recently purchased the AGARO USB Type C to USB 3.0 OTG Cable, and I'm quite satisfied with its performance. As someone who frequently switches between devices, I needed a reliable and fast cable to transfer data and charge my devices. The cable is well-built and feels premium in the hand. The USB-C connector is sturdy and clicks securely into place, while the USB 3.0 connector is also well-made and fits snugly into my laptop's port. In terms of performance, the cable delivers fast data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps, which is impressive. I've transferred large files between my laptop and smartphone, and the process has been seamless and quick. The cable also supports fast charging, which is a bonus. I've charged my smartphone and tablet using this cable, and the charging speed has been satisfactory. One thing to note is that the cable is a bit shorter than I expected. At 1 meter in length, it's not the longest cable on the market. However, this hasn't been a major issue for me, as I mostly use the cable at my desk. My only reason for deducting a star is that the cable can get a bit warm during extended use. This isn't a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of. Overall, I'm happy with the AGARO USB Type C to USB 3.0 OTG Cable. It's a reliable and fast cable that delivers on its promises. Recommendation: If you're looking for a fast and reliable USB-C to USB 3.0 OTG cable, I'd recommend the AGARO cable. Just be aware of the potential warmth issue during extended use.

Works flawlessly

Really like it's quality

I purchased **both the AGARO Type-C to USB-A cable and the Blaze Type-C to USB 3.0 adapter** from the same Amazon listing, and unfortunately, my experience was mixed. The Type-C to USB-A cable initially developed a loose connection after a few weeks of use. I contacted AGARO’s support team, and although their response was a little slow at first, they did provide a replacement after some follow-up. The new cable is working fine, and I appreciate that they stood by the product. However, the experience with the Blaze Type-C to USB 3.0 adapter has been quite disappointing. It had issues from early on—the Type-C connector felt loose in the port, and eventually it just stopped working altogether. I reached out to AGARO’s customer service the same way I did for the cable, expecting similar support. But this time, I never received a replacement or a clear resolution, despite explaining the issue and requesting help. It's frustrating because both products were bought together, and both had issues—but only one was handled properly. This kind of inconsistency in customer service is a letdown. While the cable (after replacement) is working well and is easy to use and portable, I cannot recommend the Blaze adapter based on my experience. **Poor durability and lack of follow-through on service requests** make it a risky purchase.
