even the middle to the toe parts are too thick and so far I couldn't find a single shoe this can fit in. No. I am not talking about the length, I know I can cut them to my size. Its the thickness that lifts up the in step of the foot too much that it just wont fit in any shoes.Also what a brilliant idea to write your brand name at the end of the heels! So everyone can see that I am using an insole if I ever take my shoes off! I applause you!!I am being sarcastic here if you didn't know.

Extremely comfortable. I have very high arches and as I've gotten older, my feet are getting longer, plus I have damage to my spine. My doctor recommended I try these for the arch support and the extra padding for shock absorption. I am 6'2", 195 lbs, so they don't really add an inch because I sink down into them, but I have these in three pair of shoes and love the comfort! I will continue to buy these for each new pair of shoes I get.

I had to order this product due to having to wear a cam walker on my right foot which created an uneven gait. The insert was relatively easy to trim to fit my left shoe and has greatly assisted in easy my back / hip pain.

It does NOT provide 1” height increase because your weight will push it down, since it's not hard enough. It may provide a third of that.I also tried returning this item and it's not returnable as per its policy.
