Perfect Cuts
These dies make perfect, detailed cuts perfect for cardmaking. They are slightly bigger than I thought they would be, but that’s not a bad thing. They work great.

Set Can Be Used in a Number of Ways
This set of dies can be used in a number of ways to enhance your card making and other paper crafts. The small size of the dies might put some people off but you could use them in groups to make a background even for a larger card. If some of the hexagons hang off the edge of your card, simply cut them off, or you could just leave out those elements that hang off the edge. A staggered layout looks pretty too. A group of three elements can also make a nice focal point. You also have seen designs to choose from

Makes a pretty addition to any card.
I found if cut from different color cardstock these cutouts can be layered onto each other to create a fancy topper for a card.

Love Them!
As a quilter, I have always loved the different effects that you can get with hexagons. With the most popular hexagon design being Grandmother's Flower Garden, there is just something so comforting about them. I was very happy to get these dies and that they came in one pieces that you can break apart. I love to do precuts with my paper dies just like I do with my quilt fabric so that when it is time to make something, most of the cutting is done ahead of time.I just cut out a bunch of hexagons and took step by step photos. For some reason my computer won't recognize the disc to download them. I will add them in when I can get them downloaded. I used my Gemini cutter and I ran the hexagon dies through it maybe 6 or more times, including changing where they lay on the 'sandwich' so it would wear evenly. When I was done, the dies were still connected which made it so easy to place them on the cutting mats and running them through. They are still in one piece and I think I will keep them that way until they break apart on their own or I want only one specific die. It makes it so much easier to get 7 hexagons all at once. Even if you don't want some of the hexagons at that point, you can set them aside to use later. Even though the dies are still holding together, they make 7 individual cut outs. You may need a pokey tool to pop out some of the little pieces that cling to the inside of the hexagons. I have an organizer meant to keep photographs organized with small plastic boxes in it, so all my extra pre-cuts are organized by type. Precuts of things like these hexagons can be so much easier when you have already completed some of the work. Especially if you need a quick project. When the dies had cut the paper, they were very lacy looking. As I was using some leftover paper pieces, some of the dies couldn't 'stretch' to make a full hexagon. I saved those as well to fill in potential bare spots when using them for card making. I got a bit carried away when making them as I currently have no plans for using them at the moment but it was fun to do. But I have a nice stack of them. They look good if made with solid color paper or patterned paper which will give your project some nice hints of color.
