FLM-101 4-in-1 Battery Flame, 6" Diameter, 4 3/8" Height, 6" Flame, Black Bowl with Blue and Orange LEDs

It's cheap... But it works. Can't have an open flame in a hospital... So this is the answer to our project for nurses week.

I used this for a halloween costume (torch). I used it for two nights, dressing up where it ran for hours (4 hours the first night and 8 hours the second time). I was pleasantly surprised that it ran just fine, looked great and the batteries lasted the whole time, without fading. A few people even came over to inspect it because it looks pretty realistic when it's dark or the lights are dim.

I used this as a torch for our office olympics. It was hilarious and everybody loved it. The one negative I would say is that it did not clip into the torch base very securely. I had coworkers passing and running around the office with it so I used Black tape to keep the prongs holding onto the base for fear of it coming off, hence my four out of five stars rating. It was also nice that it came with a metal Wall mount. We used this to drill into a standing base which we painted black and that became our Olympic flame bowl for the few weeks out event went on. Additionally, I plan to keep it for future use as a Halloween prop. All in all, money well spent.

This is basically the same torch as the one that is selling for $35 plus in other listings and sites.I mainly bought this because people were claiming it was 'quiet'. Unless they were using it out door in a party atmosphere, and not even close to it, then I’d have to say their ears are clogged.This thing is quite noisy. I planned on using it in my office for atmosphere, but the fan is so loud that I can’t concentrate when it is on. That being said, I don’t even use it. Its just too loud for my needs.It does look pretty cool however. I wouldn’t by any means confuse this with a real flame. But it’s cool for what it is.The chains are a little hard to get on because the way they installed the hooks. It could have been made easily, but the way they did it the chain has to be taught the entire time it is attached, or it will come loose from the hooks (because its downward instead of upward). The legs seem very cheap. I’d be afraid they will break off easily. And the connection to the handle is via the legs, so this doesn’t seem as sturdy as well. All I can say is you get what you pay for.All in all, it does work and nothing has broken....yet.Id say if you are using it outside, the sound might not bother you that much. Indoors in close proximity...ugh.

This was a pretty straight forward purchase. Got my product in just a few days. Product was as stated on the listing, but the material the flames are made from does not hold-up very well to constant use. Batteries also wear down quickly.

The media could not be loaded.  I have ordered 3 of these torches, only 1 of them works completely and the other one has a short in it so it works sparingly. 2 of them that I ordered were missing clamp pieces and I had to switch them out to the working torch. It is a visually good product, but I needed 3 of them and had problems with each one of them, some consistency and quality check would be great. I would have returned them but I needed them urgently.

Purchased four of these thinking that at least one of them would be busted. Nope! They all came packaged neatly and in pristine condition.I bought these for camping at a medieval reenactment camp with a restriction on open flame. These are pretty cheesy, but we were able to use them in camp under canvas tents without having to worry about burning our common pavilion down. Much more fun than the electric candles that have become popular in our area recently. Plus we could take these off of our tent wall and use it as a torch instead of using our smartphones as flashlights in the middle of the night. We had a ton of fun with these fake flames, and I tend to buy more to add to our camp next year.

The torch is perfect for my Olympic Field Day! It is light enough for the kids to run with and large enough to be seen by all of the children and families. Perfect touch for our day!
