I purchased this wanting a nice portable lightweight mail drill. This is so smooth running, quiet, does the job. It comes with bits for your natural nail and for other acrylics. You can use this at home or in the salon. You could even use it in the car. This isn’t like those cheap crappy ones that big down when you touch the nail. This product is really nice. Professional grade for an affordable price. 5 stars ⭐️ from me! You won’t be disappointed! It comes with a usb cord, comes with 11 bits and 6 sand bands, cord that connects can stretch out for being further from client. You can use it as a charging bank for your phone at the same time of using it. Very easy to put in the bits and take out. Easy to work. Comes with a holder to attach to the side of it. Can clip on pants or shirt. Doesn’t feel like it’s cheaply made. Doesn’t make any bad sounds or signs of struggling. You can use in forward or backward rotation. Up to 35,000 rpm. So quiet you can do nails while someone is sleeping (which I have done, without sleeper hearing).

As a Nail Tech Instructor, I have seen several different drills, many price ranges, countless sizes and colors. This is a great find. Small, Mighty and rechargable to boot. I'm very pleased. Highly recommend.

Updated review 05/28/2022I went ahead and gave this little drill another chance after seeing so many positive reviews and I am so glad I did. The second item received was perfectly packaged in the box, all items sealed and new.I have two other e-files but this one is super small and convenient to use. It’s also quite powerful, and I really like how easy it is to see what setting you’re using from the screen. The large dial is fantastic, the pause feature is great, and the hand piece is nice and light, with no discernible vibration. All my drill bits fit with no issues, and it seems to hold a charge for a long time. I’ve used it several times and only charged it once so far.I’ve been so happy with this little drill I actually bought it again as a gift for my sister and she loves it, too. It’s very beginner-friendly and small enough to store easily. Very happy 😃Original review belowI want to start this review by stating that I don't fault the seller for this - I believe I am having an issue with my local warehouse in the area, as I've been having a *lot* of items purchased new that arrive and upon opening the packages, I find they've been previously opened and I've had to return them.With the above said, I received the item and it had obviously been opened before, and appeared to have items missing. That skeeved me out and I was too nervous to use it on my actual hands. However, I did turn it on and was happy to note it seemed really powerful for it's size. Its is really small, very quiet and it was what I was looking for - but I sent it back because it was opened and that isn't sanitary, especially in the era we're living in. I might order another in a few weeks, hopefully whatever is going on with my local Amazon warehouse works out.

I am still LOVING this e file. The battery stays charged for so long! It is SO smooth to work with! Some reviews have said that it is too powerful and it is a powerful little tool but for certain bits, I just put it one the lowest setting and it really isnt TOO much to handle. Also, shipping was fast!

I ordered this e-file after having tried several others that failed during the service, never worked even though they were new, and bulky to carry in my work kit. I charged it, tried it out on myself, then used it during a gel polish pedicure. When I arrived at 6, my client said I have to listen to my bible study at 7. First thing to do was remove her product. Within 7 minutes, her old gel polish was removed and I was filing the basin to start her foot soak. I asked her, what do think of my new e-file. She said, that was quick, I like it! After trying other e-files, I feel this is a great start and hope this pretty fast pink one lasts a long time.
