I was unable to find a way to contact without reviewing.
I will update if problem is resolved.Setup was really easy and construction seemed better than expected, for the price, but not high end. Some design additions would be nice. With the weight of the cover on it, it bows out a little. Easily solved with bungee cords. The main problem is the stitching is too close to the edge for the zipper and where it bowed out, the stitches didn't hold, so there is a 12" gash where the door is where the zipper pulled way. I would like a replacement cover, then I will update my review.

it will work
The tie down loops to keep it from blowing away were missing in 3 out of 6 spots. Each pipe needs numbers on them as a bag was ripped open and some poles were slightly bent and I got confused.Other than that it was ok.

Location is essential
It's not sturdy, it'll break if taller than your fence and wind is like 31 mph.That was on me.But I ordered 2. The 2nd order missing pieces and the instruction isn't like reality ( no 4 bars are actually no 5!) that was QUITE RIDICULOUS!

Flimsy and hard to get some of the poles in certain connectors
Good value if you need a short term solution but I couldn’t get mine to stand on it’s own. The curved poles seemed curved at the wrong angle/length for where they connected to the shelf area.

Would not recommend
Parts and two shelves missing . Cover was ripped along zipper. Very disappointed in this product. For the price thought it would be more sturdy and come with all the parts and not damaged.

Wrong Item
So apparently my review "should focus on specific features of the product" instead of commenting about how I haven't heard anything from customer service yet about my complaint. Which I think other buyers should be aware of.... But here goes....So the greenhouse I ordered on this page is advertised as 7"X3"X7". That's 84 inches long by 36 inches wide and 84 inches tall.The green house I received was a majestic 24 inches long (That's 2 feet or 61 cm.) by 36 inches wide (3ft) and 84 inches tall (7ft).So I guess they got two out of three correct. Oh! It's green and has four walls. And two wire mesh shelves! All the plastic joints are hard to read, and the wire polls are flimsy. I doubt they could hold the weight of my big plant pots, which is why I need it to be longer that 2ft. Particularly before they freeze to death. Is that enough "specific features" for you amazon?
