I checked the FAQs on the Liteband website but there is no guidance regarding your query. Apple or Samsung usb-c cables are not recommended. As there is no info on voltage I would suggest you contact Liteband directly. There may also be warranty issues to consider. Liteband also sells a1800 mAh rechargeable Lithium Ion battery pack. If in doubt, ask support!

Yes, the battery does somewhat get in the way when laying down and could get caught on things in tight quarters, such as the wiring and hoses on my sailboat. Mind you, I can always hang or place the headlamp where a trouble light may not fit and I don't have to deal with the AC wiring catching on whatever, especially in a small enclosed space such as the engine compartment.

Q: Flashing green when plugged in?

Means it's charging. Will get solid once fully charged.
