Great product
Great in just water. I eat a lot of protein and I still developed larger, fuller muscles. Dissolves well and has slight taste but unnoticeable in liquids. I should had been a taste tester, so most folks will not taste it. After a month, I did feel stronger and still do. Mountain climbing was easier, I felt powerful. I lift more at the gym and increased my leg press weight to 270 lbs! My endurance has also improved. I've noticed delayed onset muscle soreness has reduced greatly since using this creatine. On off days, I get busy and forget to take my creatine. I feel the difference. Take it daily, part of routine and you'll feel awesome.

TASTE TERRIBLE can’t mix it with anything 🤮
Taste is so terrible it ruins anything I mix it with this is coming from a guy who ate a lot of MRE’s in the army. Picture advertised shows the bigger one you won’t get that one for the listing price.. I hate the powder texture..

It is hard to find German creatine is that is micronized. Thank you VIP Vitamins for distributing it. It is worth the extra cost. I am very pleased.
