Which board is better for someone 6ft tall and 220lbs? The Black or P1 model?

The only difference really is having a 2nd blue option on the P1 board. So the P1 board offers 6 different hand positions. The Black Board only offers 5 different hand positions. I am 6’1”, weigh about 200lbs and the black board model works well for me.

Does it come with a suggested workout plan
