It's almost what I want.
It works OK, but I'm a HOT-Coffee drinker. I also live at a 9,500 ft. elevation. Hot food and drinks cool off much faster up here than they do in low-lands.This warmer is only that... a warmer. It can't keep up the heat for me. There is no control for making it hotter.The button on the bottom is a bit cluggy. It makes a sound when you set a cup on the base, and the base moves down to engage the table top.For the money, it could be built better, and give an option for temperature. I think it was made for only tea, not coffee.*** Revised: After this post, the company contacted me to ask what they could do to make me happy. I can return it if I want.I've decided to keep it though. My wife drinks tea, and I'll give it to her. It works well for that. But, I'm more impressed by the company that sells the warmer. If a seller takes the time to fix problems, that goes a long way in my book.Would I buy from this seller again?... YES. I'm glad they are watching and helping. Thanks.

Wonderful for the price
I wasn't sure if a mug warmer was for me (I hate that burnt coffee taste you get when you put it in the microwave) so this was a perfect first buy for me. Turns out it is really handy! In the future however I may consider buying something a little more high tech so I can control the exact temperature and it wasn't always turning off when you moved your mug off of it.

Love it!
I’ve had it for a month now and I love it! I’ve had one that you have to turn on before but this one is better bc I don’t forget to push the button. I use it in my pottery studio and my husband used one at home at his desk. No more cold coffee in Minnesota winters- yay! I use my own mugs that I make by hand and they have a smooth flat bottom so I’m not sure if it would work with commercial mugs or mugs with a raised bottom, as other reviewers mentioned.

I bought three of these, one for my sister, one for my daughter and one for me! I love mine and have been using it everyday. I like that the feature that it shuts off when you remove your cup. I also love always having a warm cup of coffee!

Works as expected
I like that it turns on when a mug is placed on the warmer. I had a light borosilicate mug, and it wasn’t heavy enough for the warmer to detect.
