This Tree of Life lice comb is highly effective in removing lice and nits thanks to its double row patent. The principle of the two parallel rows of teeth was developed in Great Britain, and is a registered patent worldwide. One row is made out of dense metal teeth, and the parallel line is made out of extra dense teeth. Combing the hair using this comb doubles its effectiveness in capturing nits (compared to a one-row comb). This high efficiency is achieved thanks to the "crisscross" principle: the comb glides through the hair, and captures the lice and their eggs between the two rows of teeth. The dense row captures big, mature lice, and the extra dense row captures the smaller lice and nits. The metal teeth are made of stainless steel, and have round edges to prevent any scalp injury.
