Doesn’t lock the cap at all
The key doesn’t go all the way in to the hole but the key will still turn the lock which tells me you can unlock it with a flat head screw driver or any key for that matter. But you wouldn’t even need anything because even when you lock it you can still remove it with your hands. I wouldn’t recommend buying it
