Dealer said it’s a scam

Incompatible with EZ Installer program. Sad.

I bought two of these key fobs given the product promise that they would work more or less flawlessly. I took these two key fobs to a Mazda dealer for programming using an original known key fob. Needless to say, the dealer wasted an hour of their time (and my time) trying to program these defective key fobs. You guys need to get your crap together before selling your shoddy products on Amazon!

I took it to my local lock smith and he cut the key and tried to program it. We learned that a 3 button won’t work with a car that doesn’t have a power lift. It was a real hassle. Make sure you buy a two button for a car without the power hatch.

After paying a professional auto key specialist $68 the best they could achieve was to place the remote up to the start button and it does start the car. However! It does not open the door (use the key manually to do so) or open the hatch or sound the alarm. AVOID!!

What can I say? Completely useless item since RF part is coded in a wrong way, it can't communicate to the car at all. Frequency is correct 315 MHz. All it can do after programming - start the car by touching Start button with this key. Waste of time and programming effort.

Ordered the pair. Paid $120 for programming. Could only start car by placing it up to push button. Wouldn't lock or unlock my car. VERY ANGRY!!! I WANT MY $120 BACK

Purchased this for my husband to have a new key fob for our 2019 CX5. Couldn’t program it, and our Mazda dealership couldn’t either. Total waste of money.

Had a lock smith program this fob. It worked and function as designed the day the lock smith programed it. The next time I went too use it none of the functions worked . Red light on fob worked. No battery issues. But would not do anything. Save your money and get a oem. Product. Contacted the manufacturer and they did not return my email. Warning DO NOT Purchase this product.

Key was, well received and taken for programming, it works perfectly. I am happy with the product and the price

Fob worked for a few weeks then you have to keep pressing lock/ unlock button several times to get vehicle to open or lock. Very frustrating, temporarily works … better just bite the bullet and purchase from dealer for more money as it’s worth it from the dealer. After market is not reliable

J'ai acheté 2 clés. J'ai amené au serrurier pour la programmation. Avant de réussi, il a essayé à plusieurs reprises. Il s'assure également que le FCCID est compatible. Il n'a pas réussi à programmer la 2e clé parce que selon eux on a atteint le nombre de clé maximal qui est de 3. J'ai retourné la 2e clé sans problème.
