Q: After machine wash, do I air dry or can I use a dryer?

I have done both. No issues. I am sure air dry is best for extending the life of the cloth. U could do on cold with delicates.

Q: Can these be used with eye makeup remover?

I am sure you can - I have used micellar water before but even with waterproof mascara warm water works just fine and washes right out in the laundry. Love these!

Q: Should the be washed in warm or cold water?

I have washed in cold and warm before, I prefer warm.

Q: Are these made of polyester or cotton?

Not sure. I believe they have cotton in them. I have had them awhile. I love them. They are so soft and just the right size for your face.
