Good quality and it works!
This was better quality than I was expecting - great value for money, easy to use, robust but most of all it has really helped with mobility of my frozen shoulder.

Easy to use
Really happy with this pulley which was recommended by my Pilates instructor for the rotator cuff injury I sustained. It’s really helped keep my shoulder moving and get my arm past the vertical, which I was struggling to do due to soft tissue damage. I’ve since recommended it to a friend who has a frozen shoulder.

Well it works but it would help if i was 4'5" rather than 5-5. You can't pull the pulley that far because you come to the end of its rope so you can't do full stretches. There's an ability to change the length of pull but it's still not good enough. I was using it after a shoulder op. It would work for some but no good for me.
