I use Nioxin every other day but have used it every day for long periods of time and I have to say, after repeated use, I feel like my hair is a little fuller and silkier too. It's really hard to tell at first - you just have to stick with it but it, along with supplements, has helped my hair a lot from all the damage of coloring and bleaching. The conditioner is really only for your scalp so don't rub it through your hair - just massage it into your scalp and then use your regular conditioner in your hair. Make sure to rinse thoroughly so your hair doesn't look greasy.

My husband and I have been using Nioxin for about 30 years. It’s the best shampoo and scalp treatment. My husband quit losing his hair and I love it because it keeps my scalp healthy and it never lays heavy on your hair. Wonderful product!!!

I’ve only used this for a month but I think I am seeing a difference. Hair feels fuller and seeing regrowth. The push pump is a little tricky but works great once you get it to pop up. Smell is a little medicine-y in shower but not detectable after rinsing. Hair is soft after use of the conditioner. Will keep using for now.
