Came with everything described, and runs very quietly despite what others say. Definitely recommend. DOES NOT FIT ALL MODELS.

Tedious process but it's worth it
I didnt know i had to basically take the whole system apart, but its very quiet! I love it

No PWM. Full Speed only
Just installed this fan in a 1215a. fit perfect and the connector plugged in fine. but as soon as i powered on the console, the fan immediately ran up to 100% and stayed there. Litteraly as loud as a hair dryer. This does NOT play with the PS4's PWM fan signal. DO NOT get this.

Weel it works.
It definitely wasn't an exact fit. I hade to fight and cut off some of the PlayStation housing to get a perfect for. Off by millimeters but it ended up working.
