BEST TIRES EVER
I purchased a new F150 4x4 and it came with highway tread Goodyear tires I hated, the kind of tire that leaves you stuck in wet grass. I removed them day 1 and ordered a set of 265/70/17 General Grabber A/TX tires. The difference it made in my truck was amazing, First they look Freaking AWESOME, very close tread pattern to the BFG At TA's but at a much better price, I saved over 70 dollars a tire compared and I don't believe I lost anything, The tread depth is huge, the noise level is super low, no hum or howl like more aggressive tires, but there hasn't been a surface I haven't had excellent traction on. In snow, ice, dirt, mud, frozen bridges I never have to worry about if ill make it I always go right through. We had over a foot of snow and the plows had not even started yet but I went to town on roads that were 2 foot drifts between fields and I never even put the truck in 4x4. Now I have fairly skinny by todays standards 265/70/17 tires which skinny is generally better in snow, but the truck never lost traction and never veered off course. I LOVE MY GENERAL GRABBER A/TX TIRES AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

Very impressed with these tires
These were installed just yesterday on my Jeep and driving back from the tire shop I was immediately impressed with the quiet and very comfortable ride on the road. I thought the shop might have under inflated them but upon measuring they were all at 38psi, even higher than I usually run on the street. The tread compound is very soft but from what I’ve read is also very durable. This is a great looking tire, even better than the BFG KO2 in my opinion. I like the true sizing: a 30x9.5 is 30” and a 31x10.5 is 31”, not slightly smaller as with many other vendors.Off road use so far has been only light gravel roads but they are very comfortable there as well and I have no reason to believe they will under perform my previous BFG KO2. The soft tread compound feels like it will provide excellent grip on rocks. After over 20 years running BFG I’m very happy to have tried General and these Grabber ATX in particular.

Great tires and quiet for off-road tires
These are great looking tires seem to work well off road and are very quiet on the road per the manufacturer They’ll go 50,000 miles we’ll see. Good alternative to BFG all-terrain’s which I become more expensive than they’re worth. These are stock size for most XJ base model Cherokees.

Great A/T Tire !!!
I have had a new set of the Grabber AT/x on my 2020 Ram 1500 for about 1500 miles and am very satisfied The wet traction is outstanding and the mud/snow performance is equally impressive. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is the road noise. It is not super bad but noticably louder compared to a TOYO Open Country AT3. I highly recommend considering these when looking for an all terrain tire.

After 65,000 miles...
I have 65k in 2 years with these tires on a toyota tacoma. In their prime, you will get through anything. Wisconsin winter no problem. I slid down an icy hill and into a ditch. Snow up past the tires. I climbed out no problem. Currently, after 65k miles, they are pretty worn and cupped. 1 tire has 2 nails in it. They are loud and have low tread. I have almost no grip on any surface. I have to baby the throttle even on dry pavement. But they are not rated to 65k. You can't go wrong with these tires, just replace them around 50k. I'm currently looking to get them again.

Great Tires
Found these tires got great reviews on several other sites and the price is reasonable. These are the second set I’ve purchased because I really like them! The first set lasted me a couple years. They are great in the snow and they are not too loud.

Horrible, I hate them
I bought 4 of these tires because they're made by general. I've had good luck with general in the past but these are the worst tire I've ever owned. They were very difficult to balance, so much so that I had to return one of them. They were all road force balance but the one was so far out they could not balance it. I would have returned them all, but I couldn't wait for replacements to arrive and not be able to drive my truck. I don't know if this was just a bad batch, or if generals qc, has hone by the wayside like everybody else's in this country now.
