KNEE ABILITY ZERO Question: What can a guy who couldnโt run fast, couldnโt jump high and had debilitating knee pain and injuries teach you about becoming your happiest and healthiest you? Answer: Zero. As in, Knee Ability Zero. The Zero actually refers to zero weights, zero gym memberships and zero athletic ability needed to make dramatic gains in your overall health and fitness. All you need is THIS BOOK. Author Ben Patrick - aka #kneesovertoesguy - started out as something of an athletic zero. Sure, he was a good basketball player fundamentally, but his 19-inch vertical was laughable, and his time in the 40-yard dash was so tortoise-like that his high school coach thought the stopwatch was broken. Heโd never clocked someone that slow. As if that genetic conspiracy wasnโt enough, Ben endured knee pain starting at age 8. After three knee surgeries and countless trips to the personal hell where constant pain resides, Ben retired from the game he loved at the ripe old age of 18. With zero hesitancy, he devoted his life to developing exercises that would not only help others avoid what heโd gone through, but reach a level of athleticism that maybe theyโd only dreamed of achieving. Now 30, Benโs vertical is an NBA-like 42 inches. Even against pro basketball players heโs often the fastest guy on the court. And best of all, he plays the game he loves full throttle, dunking like a machine - always with ZERO pain. Whether you own dunking dreams or simply want to take a pain-free walk around the park with your childโs hand in yours, Knee Ability Zero is your guide. Each exercise is accompanied by photos showing you proper form. Ben explains not just how to do each exercise, but why itโs effective in strengthening your hips, knees, ankles, Achilles and more. And it all takes just a few minutes several times a week. Applying the exercises in Knee Ability Zero, more than 2,300 people have shared their success stories on ATGonlinecoaching.com. Joe Rogan , Mark Bell and recent NFL Hall of Fame inductee Charles Woodson are fans. From average citizens to professional athletes, many Knee Ability Zero users attest they see and feel improvement from Day 1 . Question: So when do I get started? Answer: Scroll up and click the โbuyโ button NOW. Youโll quickly learn the truth: That when it comes to helping you look and feel better than youโve ever looked and felt before, Knee Ability Zero is a 10! I thought my knee would heal on its own and didnโt rest it properly. Iโve always lifted weights and could work around injuries, a bit different at BJJ. My knee was getting worse and worse and I was just working through the pain hoping it would go away. So I got this book, didnโt really stick to it and didnโt see much change, didnโt stop BJJ until my leg was absolute ruined - because Iโm an idiot. I couldnโt even โair squatโ, I couldnโt stand up quick from sitting and was struggling with stairs, I couldnโt run, what a horrible feeling at 38. So I committed myself to doing this program several times a week, largely because I couldnโt do much else. Iโm happy to report my knee is so much better, I can โair squatโ again, the mobility is coming back and I donโt doubt Iโll be back to BJJ and weightlifting in no time. Iโm pain free in my day to day, I was in pain driving or just sitting. Ultimately I still need to build up my strength but the difference is night and day. Itโs not a quick fix, you have to actually do the program. It takes like 15 minutes. I do it while watching TV or before/after an upper body workout. There are some moves that feel amazing that Iโll do (elephant walk has helped me massively) at random times in the day. Well worth getting. Review: Excellent little book!!! - Super easy to read and understand, detailed photos and good explanations for the reasons behind each exercise. I popped my left knee doing Judo in 2019 and had pain and joint limitations, but I've been doing this program 3 weeks now and can already feel a huge difference. No real pain anymore and increased mobility, absolutely chuffed! ๐๐ช

Good content
While the format is a bit more pamphlet than book the content is very good. These are very strong exercises but if you follow the clear and easy to follow instructions you have complete control so you go as far as is right for you at the time, extending into them as your strengthen and loosen up. Iโve been doing these for a couple of weeks and already feel the benefit. Quite honestly, if Iโd been shown these exercises about 30years ago Iโm pretty sure I couldโve avoided the knee surgery I had then. Iโm sticking with these exercises from now on though as they have definitely improved my knee stability already so that is something Iโm keen to continue. Doctors/medical professionals need to be prescribing these exercises as Iโm pretty sure in many cases they would either remove or reduce the need for medication and/or surgery which has to be a benefit to the individual with the dodgy knees and reduce the burden on the NHS.

It's made a huge difference
I saw a YouTube video of the author as a guest on a well known health channel. It made sense to me so I purchased the book. The physical book is short in content and almost pamphlet like in quality . I suppose the content is the paramount thing though. I'm a 61 year old male who'd been suffering significant knee pain despite xrays showing only mild degenerative changes .I've always been physically fit and not overweight but had had to cease my lifelong jogging habit a year ago. I started the first five main knee over toe exercises (no equipment needed)and the backwards walking. Three weeks later I'm quite astonished how my knees have improved. My quality of life has gone up and I can now go for long daily walks without pain. Who knows I might tentatively start up jogging ! I found traditional knee exercises of some use but they're based on the theory of strengthening the supporting muscles round the knees. The knee over toe approach is different ,it works on strengthening the opposing muscles and it works . Update.....I've continued with the backward walking (ten mins) and doing the first five exercises daily. My improvement has continued and after barely six weeks I tentatively started jogging again with no reaction. It's been transformative .

Massive help
Excellent process. My physio put me on to it after ACL & PCL surgery. As they used my knee tendon to tie the ligaments my rehab was sore and slow. 3 weeks after following this process i was right up a munro in snow storms, albeit using walking poles! Liked it so much i signed up for the online course which is also very cheap and full of top tips and processes. The instagram accounts are also full of excellent content. Highly recommend this book but especially the processes

Takes time out of the day to keep knees working well as we age. With just this one book and plenty of commitment - this is all we need

Don't recommend, contains mostly pictures
Can not recommend. Book is very thin, has large font and mostly contains pictures for about 7 exercises. If you follow Ben Patrick (which you probably do if you are buying this book) you are well aware of those exercises. Does not contain any programming or workout routine that incorporates those exercises.

Fixed my chronic knee pain
The exercises in this book are intended to be performed three times per week. They don't require any special equipment and can be done in your home in as little as 30 minutes. I sprained my left knee several years ago. Since then, anytime I walked long distances or attempted to play sports, my left knee would get sore or I would reinjure it. I bought this book after hearing the author on the Joe Rogan podcast. After receiving the book I started working on the exercises...and reinjured my knee. I was a bit too eager and tried to start the exercises at an intermediate difficulty and it was too much for me. After giving my knee time to heal I started again at the easiest difficulty level and gradually increased difficulty as I gained strength and flexibility. I saw minimal improvement for the first 6 weeks. From 6 weeks to 3 months I started to see dramatic increases in strength and flexibility. My ankles, knees, hips, and lower back feel better than they have in 20 years. I never imagined the exercises in this book would be so effective. This book has changed my life and I highly recommend it to everyone.
