I love these lamps and they look great! Nothing is as convenient as the usb charge port! But, less than a year after purchasing, one of the lamps pull-cord has pulled all the way out of the lamp and I can no longer turn it on and off.Update: I emailed Lamps Plus and without hesitation they are sending a replacement lamp. Very good and fast customer care!2nd Update: Exactly one week after being told that a replacement lamp would be sent to me, it arrived at my door. I couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt replacement. I would absolutely recommend doing business with this company.

Love these lamps! I was looking for simple white lamps to go with my grey and white master bedroom. I've had an issue ordering "white" décor to match and having it actually be off-white/cream when it arrived. These are true white and beautiful. They arrived fully intact, no scratches or dings in the stainless steel and no dents or tears in the shades. The cords are quite long which is good if your outlets aren't right by the place you want to place your lamps. And so far they are working excellently! The lights turn on and off, and the USB ports charge our phones overnight! Fair warning though: they charge phones much more slowly than a wall charger. They're excellent for plugging your phone in overnight and leaving it. However, if you like to play on your phone while it's charging, the battery is most likely going to deplete faster than this charger can charge it, so it can die on you while it's plugged in. Other than that, I'm very happy with these lamps!

The light bulb pokes out the top lol! The instructions say standard type A bulb, I bought A19 size. There must be a smaller type A bulb, but they are functional and the USB works!

I really like the simple and modern look of these accent lamps. They are just as pictured and perfect for nightstands in any bedroom.The items arrived in perfect condition with no blemishes or creases in the lamp shade.The USB works on each lamp and the weight of it works very well, as you do not feel like the lamp will tip over when utilizing the lamp. Great buy! Will most likely buy another set for the guest bedroom very soon!UPDATE: I ended buying another set for my guest room, and they arrived as perfectly as the first set.This gives my guests an easy source of light and a place to charge their phone without needing to hunt for the closest outlet.2020 Update: one of the chains broke off of my husband’s lamp and could not be easily repaired as it snapped off from the inside. So I decided to buy a different lamp with a button switch instead to avoid the same problem. They’re not as nice looking as these, but I can see them lasting longer.

The lamps were easy to put together and look nice for the price. They only came with one bulb rather than 2, however when we went to Home Depot to purchase another one like it, tbe salesman there indicated we could use N LED light for less heat output and longer life and less money than a duplicate of the one sent with the lamps. So that is what we did. We have not plugged in any usb devices yet but don't anticipate any issues.

These little lamps are perfectly sized for our night stands. They're also so very convenient for charging my phone overnight, and I like the ease of the pull cord to turn them off and on. The only thing I didn't care for is the white shades. They don't do much against my light gray walls. I have plans to try to paint them with a sea sponge and three of the colors from my bedspread. Bottom line though - I love these little lamps.

Great change from my old lamps. The usb port is great, although I would've liked them the side rather than on top (preference due to possible dust buildup), but I wouldn't have known that before buying these. They arrived in a cardboard box packaged safely and neatly with foam. Only thing I wish from these is if the base could've been heavier. A few times I pulled my phone and the lamp came with it...I keep forgetting about the port, but these seem to take the abuse quite well and protect the bulb. The pull string is smooth (update: not so smooth) and designed well too(actually could be a little longer). I might put these in the guest bedroom and get something heavier (any suggestions?) Thanks!Update: changed 5 stars to 3. The light weight base still bugs me, and 5 months after purchase, I pulled normally and broke the ball chain trying to turn it on. It broke inside the lamp, so I can't add an extension or replace it, so now I have to screw the bulb on and off lol.

I am very pleased with our new lamps. The lamps came within 7 days, and they were very well packaged. We recently redecorated our bedroom, and my wife said she wanted a nice hotel feel. Well, you can't have a hotel feel without lamps that have a USB connection! The size is perfect, and the design is simple and elegant.

Excellent little lamps. And the USB ports are a bonus.
