dissapointment big time
I think when this book went to be published they lost part of it, there are 875 reciepts named in the table of content but only 122 actual reciepts. and all of them are either breakfast or veggies, nothing else, no meats of any kind, there is no name of who published it so you cant write anybody about the problem with this book, i was so excited to be ordering it as I am on such a strick diet and my dr. thought this would give me better selection of ways to fix what i can eat and there is not one receipe in it that I can even use, very upsetting.

Buyer beware this book is not what is claims
I wouldn’t recommend this book… it says 875+recipes and I got literally 40 pages of table of contents listing all the delicious possibilities only to be disappointed when the book is only 107 pages and the last recipe is #122 carmelized broccoli and the page 107 is blank.

Half of a cookbook.
This cookbook had only minimal recipes. It didn’t even have a recipe or cook times for making pork chops. It’s like half the book was missing. Odd.

Disappointing
This book only has breakfast and vegetables in it.. But doesn't tell u that in the description..Also has no pictures 😕..Not worth the money..

Not what it claims!
The media could not be loaded. Claims to have 875 recipes, only has 122. But has a list in the beginning of 875. Not sure where the rest of them are??
