Xikar50 Count Crystal Humidifier

Second time buying this one. The first one dried out (negligence on my part) and it got mold so I threw it out. Thankfully my cigars were not affected. This isn’t a complaint. This humidifier lasted me almost 3 years and all that was used was distilled water whenever needed. It kept about 30 cigars at a perfect 70% humidity the entire time. Great little puck. Just fill up, let it set into the crystals for a few minutes and then place it back into the humidor. I’d check it every couple of weeks just to be sure it was holding and it never failed. I will keep buy this same one for the foreseeable future.

This came with very little crystals in the holder. It doesn't hold enough liquid to reach the right humidity.Not very good.

Easy to use. Lasts a long time 3/4 months between refills

Currently using this in a seasoned humidor with under 10 cigars stored in it. Using just this humidifier, never got above 60%. Had to add a second unit to get it to 67%. I also have to add fluid weekly. Just purchased the 100 count unit. We’ll see how that works.

The instructions say it comes already Pre-hydrated with the solution and ready to use, but my humidity level has totally gone down. I've had this in use for three days and so far the humidity inside my cigar box has gone down to 64%. Maybe I need to buy the liquid it needs to refill this.
