Scan Snap not known by many in UK fast and so efficient, and 2 sides and multiple pages my second machine awesome

Useless device for anything but a very very basic scan
Avoid - simple answer hereI purchased this to replace my previous 8 year old ScanSnap that worked flawlessly until the "built in obsolesce" killed it.I replaced with this new latest version - what a disaster2 hours of my life wasted - does not do what I could do in the old scanner - scan to a folder - end - no pop up and so on......just scan as individual files.....perfect !!!This new one.....not a chance....repeated - sign up to cloud for more features..... - what ? seriously? why ?And the final straw......put in 17 pages"An unexpected error occurred" - see pictureRepeated the 17 pages.....same error, closed doen scanner and powered off and powered on and repeated and same errorreduced pages to 6 ! (yeah - I took a chance......) it workedDid it again.....with 6 pages -"An unexpected error occurred"Tried 5 more times......same errorWhat a POS

Quality Document Scanner so adaptable for filing and scanning
I had 8 years of household paperwork and bills and it was a dream setting up the different folders and scan buttons. With the ScanSnap software it allowed me to change any setting to file as I liked.

Sehr guter Scanner für Büro und/oder Home-Office.Einfache Installation, Grundeinrichtung und durch Touch einfach zu bedienen.Um Meilen besser als meine Canon Scanner im Büro.Die Investition lohnt sich, auch bei Vorhandensein von Multifunktionsgerät en.

Ottimo scanner. Tramite la connessione WI-FI è possibile inviare documenti su Cloud sia da PC e da tablet/cell. tramite APP scaricabile da GOOGLE PLAY. Di facile utilizzo e configurazione supporta display touchscreen da 4.3 pollici. E' possibile scansionare documenti, ricevute, bliglietti da visita, cartoline, foto, ecc. Il prodotto è di minimo ingombro rispetto agli scanner tradizionali e di facile trasporto ovunque serva.

Mancanza totale di assistenza
Se l'installazione iniziale non va a buon fine, bisogna reintallare Windows o diversamente il prodotto non può in ogni caso funzionare. Cercando assistenza, a un certo punto mi sono trovato di fronte una pagina in giapponese. Potrei continuare. Preferisco concludere in fretta: visto il prezzo, non è difficile trovare altro più pratico e agevole da fare funzionare e, insieme, a minor prezzo.
