I live the crunchy crust and the ease of preparation. 20 minutes at 400 degrees F and it's hot, aromatic and ready for butter! Of course, be careful cutting, as it's susceptible to collapse - but it sure doesn't deter from taste.

Loaf was mushy No sourdough taste at all Don’t buy. It’s like eating local grocery bread

It looks like a hard crusty sourdough but it is really soft inside. Not my kind of sourdough as the taste is more plain white bread.
