Our AccuBrate solution is specifically formulated to calibrate refractometers and hydrometers to accurately measure the salinity of saltwater, reef aquariums as well as natural seawater. Our calibration solution is formulated from a high purity blend of salts to produce accurate readings every time.Our bottles' lid has a built-in dropper which eliminates the need for a pipette. Simply squeeze a few drops of AccuBrate directly from the bottle onto the refractometer's prism slide and you are ready to calibrate your instrument. A refractometer is useless unless you calibrate it often with an accurate calibration solution. You need just 2 to 3 drops of our calibration solution to precisely calibrate your refractometer.To test the accuracy of a swing-arm style hydrometer pour Accubrate slowly into hydrometer to avoid bubbles.
