24 Christmas Tales: Advent Calendar Storybook

What can I say? I purchased this book for myself and within minutes of opening it I ordered a second one for a friend. The stories, as varied and delightful as each author, are a wonderful collection that extends the Holiday over the entire month. I very much enjoy having a new story to read each day leading up to Christmas and can see this as a new holiday tradition. And by the way, my friend loves it just as much! What better review could there be?! I highly recommend this book.

Pros: great countdown book, lots of new stories, really engaging, compact size.Cons: LOTS of typos. Some stories are just plain depressing (thanks, Hans Anderson.), very textbook in presentation and feel.Overall a fun way to continue our countdown book tradition. Also just a fun little read if you like Christmas.
