Very nice bunkbeds!
I looked at many of these and decided on this brand. The packaging was very good and there was damage to one piece but it is hidden after assembly. My husband put this together. It is a little tricky but looks great and is really sturdy once the mattresses are on. My only suggestion would be small caps to cover the ugly screws. This would give the beds a more finished look for just a few dollars. Overall very pleased and my grandchildren (all under 5) love it!

Perfect for my small guest room!
I love the look of the white twin over full bunk. Sturdy, rated 400 lbs each bed. I’m in my 70s & the stairs are easy. This is darling & makes the best use of limited space in my small guest room. I hired someone to assemble it - my skilled, efficient handyman & it took him 3 1/2 hrs alone. It was a huge hassle getting this bed, as the first time I ordered it they sent the wrong one & no stairs. Be sure to look at picture on the box carefully. Should be 2 large boxes. After multiple calls & explanations to Amazon I finally have it & it’s exactly what I wanted!

Pretty good
The bed is great, also though putting together was tricky. It’s nice to have the top bunk lower, but also causes a lot of bumping of my head when getting out from the bottom bunk.

Great bunk bed for price!
My daughter loves her new bunk bed. She is quite tall for her age (9). I was a bit worried it would be too low and she would hit her head on the lower bunk. There is enough room! I feel the bed is very sturdy and came together in a few hours. Definitely would buy again and recommend to others!

Frustrated
Update 2/12- received replacement pieces. The fact that it took a month after initially ordering the bed to get the right parts is ridiculous.. purchase at your own risk. They make you jump through hoops just to get the right parts when they should've been given in the first place.. horrible overall experience..Update 1/13- Still no replacement parts.Update 12/29- Max and Lily, not maxwood furniture like the instruction manual says, are thieves. By the time they respond, if they respond, i won't be able to return it. This is too much of a hassleUpdate: no response as of 12/28.Missing parts. Legs for bottom bunk (full) were missing the right size legs.. not happy. Truly not happy. And not sleeping ... reached out to get the right pieces. We'll see how long for a response and how long to receive the correct parts..

Worth every penny
I’ve been looking for a bunk bed for awhile now, and I’m so glad I did my research and spent a little more money. This bunk bed is sturdy, great quality and looks great. The instructions could have been better but that’s really my only complaint. The clay finish is stunning in person. If quality and sturdiness is important to you I would recommend this bunk bed.

Quality, safe, bunk bed with a few minors issues
Instructions for assembly i'd rate 7/10. Pretty simple instructions, not too complicated, but some of the graphics were tough to understand. There was 1 typo mentioning part #23 when they meant #22. Overall it took me and a helper 8 hours to assemble. Material quality i'd rate 8/10. Minus a few pieces that were slightly damaged, one piece fell apart and i had to glue and another the holes didnt fully align, pretty good quality materials were used (including the hardware). Structurally i'd rate this a 9/10. I weight 185lbs and this thing had no problem holding my weight while assembling. I feel this was slightly overpriced, and could see this being priced more around $800 instead of the $1k+ i paid. All in all, i'd give this product a rating of 8/10.
