So it is my husband uses it and I am so glad we tried this after him trying a few products for the last five years.. He is a heavy snorer and he wakes up very tired in the morning due to not breathing properly.. And obviously I cant sleep too.. But this was a game changer. Now I cannot hear him snoring at all till morning and he says he feels rested too.We are very happy so far.

Pros:- Definitely stopped my snoring on the first night.- For the first time in months I woke up without feeling like I hadn’t slept due to breathing issues.- Easy to prepare, dip in boiled water for 12 seconds, mould to teeth and then cool in cold water.Cons:- If you are like me and have an overbite, following the instructions for moulding can feel quite uncomfortable as you have to move your lower jaw forward quite a bit. Make sure to use boiled water as instructed and bite down hard or the mould won’t take.- My teeth/jaws started to feel “weak” in the morning since using this, almost like I’ve been eating something difficult to chew for ages. I would recommend speaking to a dentist or an E.N.T clinician before using something like this.

Having been a champion snorer for 20 years i have made the whole family suffer from sleep deprivation. I can wake up all the guests in a hotel. I’ve tried all sorts including chin-straps and nose strips and magnets and all sorts. I read about how this device moves the lower jaw forward opening the airways and thus reducing the likelihood of the soft pallet vibrating.I was hopeful…And I was NOT disappointed.The instructions of how to mould it to your desired fit are very easy to follow and hey presto you are ready for a breathe-easy night with minimal snoring. The first night was a bit uncomfortable. But after a few nights I got used to it. I also use to chin strap (useless on its own) to keep my lower jaw in its new, forward, position.It actually works. Doesn’t stop snoring 100% but stops the whole room reverberating and my whole family sleep through the night without getting disturbed.I use the mouthpiece in conjunction with nasal strips to help widen nasal passage. The combination is perfect and great value. The key item is the mouth piece. Wish I had known about this years ago. Highly recommended.

Really good mouth guard to help with snoring. My long suffering girlfriend certainly appreciates it. When I was asked to review this product for the company I was happy to do so as I was planning to give it 5 star regardless. Definitely recommend it. I’ve tried other guards which simple dont work or I chew through, this is the one to buy.

Wish I bought this much sooner to save my wife years of struggling to sleep with me snoring next to her! The product is easy to mould to my teeth. Just follow the instruction to put it into boiled water only AFTER it’s boiled, and leave it dipped NOT a second longer than instructed, otherwise you would melt it. My wife said it helped reduce my snoring by 90%, and I find it comfortable to wear through my sleep! Very happy with this product. Cheaper ones might be more uncomfortable to wear and make you salivate excessively as a result. This one just works.

I couldn't use this device as I hadn't realised how difficult it would be to mould to my bite which has missing teeth and very uneven lower teeth. I also need to bring my jaw too far forward for comfort. The device seems well made and may suit people with a more even bite.

I have used similar products before but have found this one to be the best so far only having used it for 2 nights. I grind my teeth when sleeping and almost always every morning I awake in discomfort but after using this for 2 nights I can feel a noticeable difference.Easy to mould to your mouth shape and has a handy container to keep the mouth guard safe when not in use preventing the need to look for it each night.

I bought this as my boyfriend has been complaining about my snoring for awhile now, but on the first night I followed the instructions to prepare the mouthpiece by submerging it in boiling water from a kettle, however, the instructions say to put it straight in your mouth! Clearly I tried waiting but the shape started to change so put it in my mouth (burning myself in the process!) and spent the entire time gagging as it moulded itself to my teeth.I went to bed with it in and spent more time gagging than sleeping so after awhile my partner, told me to take it out so we could both sleep.I’m sure this works for some people but for me it’s just been a waste of money
