These are so easy to set up, simply pop in the batteries, put the cover on, peel and stick to your desired area. I put these all along my hallway leading to the bathroom. They work just as advertised and light up as I walk by. They have 2 settings, 30 seconds and 45 seconds. The best part is that they only turn on at night or when it’s dark, during the day, your battery is not being drained.I love that these can be moved and set up pretty much anywhere, they are versatile. The color blends into my walls and looks great. I will be buying more for the kitchen and bathroom areas.

I really like nearly everything about these; motion sensing, easy to install, different timer settings, but I wish they were more of a yellow glow than a bright white. They work perfectly but they are just really bright, especially in the middle of night bathroom run when the rest of the house is dark it’s kind of blinding. But they certainly do the job of lighting up what you need.

These lights are great for areas you want extra light without having to flip a switch. Perfect for stairs, hallways etc. I keep one in the bathroom so at night I don’t have to turn on the light when I’m still half asleep. Also great for closets and pantries. Love these lights!

Sometimes you purchase things and when you get them they are not as good as you imagined, but these "Stair Lights" are 10 times better than we could have hoped! Also if you think about it, how often is something purchased that you use daily? These get used probably 20+ times a day.We decided mounting them was pointless. We just set them slightly tilted on each landing and doing so you don't have to put on the battery backs which makes it immensely easier to change the batteries.Speaking of batteries, I recommend you purchase some Amazon Basics AA rechargeables and a charger. These usually last about 6 weeks, way better than the last "Stair Lights" we purchased that took AAA batteries that lasted about a week before needing to be changed again.I have nothing negative to say about these lights, they have been working flawlessly for almost 18 months and we couldn't be happier.

I use these in dark areas that are far from light switch. My garage stairs light up when I get about 6 feet away and there are 2 settings for light to stay on 30 or 45 seconds. I’m going to get more.

Not only did we have to change the batteries often, they all eventually stopped working. Also, the motion sensors were not the best. For a short time these were good. Definitely a throw away item.

I've used screws to mount these at the top and bottom of a dim staircase in our older home. They're working well and I'm pleased so far.Pros:-Motion sensor: The lights respond quickly and stay on for the advertised 30 or 45 second intervals (I'm using 30 seconds to save a little battery life.) They stay on as advertised when they continue to sense motion. I haven't noticed any 'false-positive' motion sensing events so far.-Light sensor: My lights only come on at night and when it's overcast outside. Since my staircase can be murky during the day, that's ideal.-Brightness: The modest output from two lights has been perfect for my wayfinding application: I didn't want to be blinded in the middle of the night.-Battery Life: I'm satisfied with how long the batteries have lasted in my low/mid traffic application. I'd estimate each light turns on about 20-25 times per day for the aforementioned 30 second interval. At that rate, I'm getting a little less than two months out of each battery change (using 3 generic rechargeable AAs). The lights also dim gradually as the batteries drain and therefore give ample 'warning' that they'll need attention soon (they don't simply shut off and refuse to turn unless you drain the batteries completely)-Colour Temperature: The warm white light is a good fit for my living space.Cons (if I'm nitpicking):-Variable light sensor and brightness levels would be welcome featuresI also had a minor manufacturing defect with one of the lights that was very quickly remedied by the vendor. Overall very happy with the product and service we've received.

I was looking for a motion sensing night light as my current apartment doesn’t have dimmable lights in the bathroom or the foyer, and the lights are too bright esp. to the groggy eyes. So, I looked around for products that would suit my needs, and chose to buy this as it looked pleasing and had decent reviews.Upon installing this, I can vouch it is indeed aesthetically pleasing, the light is just right and not glaringly bright, and is sensitive to motion in dark places. I absolutely love this and can’t recommend more if you’re looking for something similar.Thought might be handy to add (and this maybe just me) but I wondering where the mounting plate was that they were referring to in the User Manual, and thought whether it was a metal object that might be missing. But upon re-reading, I realized that was an oversight on my part, they term the back cover as the mounting plate. And say, even if one wanted to change the batteries, it is easy to slide the light off the back cover (or mounting plate as it is called) - it’s sturdy and stays glued to the wall, thanks to the 3m double tape they’ve provided (optionally the mounting plate can be attached to the wall with screws too).Overall, happy with this purchase!

Extremely bright, keep this in mind when placing. Initially placed mid wall in the bathroom and it's blinding in the night. Plus is that it's bright enough to place under our floating vanity and provides a great ground effects ambient light. Perfect for mid sleep trips to the loo. Sensor is high functioning so picks up our movement even from under the cabinet. The 3m tape is a one and done - suggest placing the sensor with painters tape first to see if you like it there.

Easy to carry around. Bring for overnight stays and travels. Highly recommend.
