This is a well made item and very sturdy. It is over-priced in my opinion. Should be more in the $50 price range as $105 is really a sticker shock.

The old style ab rollers had one or two wheels in the middle with handles sticking out from the center (I have one). The problem with those is it takes a bit of balance and you end up putting a lot of pressure on your wrist and elbow joints, therefore placing a lot of focus and stress in areas instead of your abs. The CoreFlex4D is just the opposite, elbows and hands are resting on supports leaving most of the balance and exercise up to your core, lats, and some triceps and shoulders. A few months ago I started having issues with a rotator cuff that eliminated the use of my old ab wheel, no problem with the CoreFlex4D. I highly recommend this product especially is you're 40+ and looking for superior support allowing you to focus on abs and core. Comes fully assembled, ready to use out of the box!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my CoreFlex4D wheel! I use it several times a week and the results are obvious. I recently had a problem with the wheel and even though I have had it for several months, the product support team at CoreFlex4D jumped right on the problem and fixed me up good!I wish all companies did business like CoreFlex4D!

I like that it's more comfortable using, which makes you use it more. And it does the job, hits those abs good.

I have an "old school" wheel that put a ton of pressure on my wrists when I used it so I looked around for alternatives. While a little on the spendy side, the CoreFlex4D Dynamic Core Trainer is impressive. If you have a history of wrist issues, I would highly recommend this product.

Used to have a flimsy plastic wheel before this, the lack of sturdiness and stability made workouts unnecessarily frustrating and harder, ultimately leading to less efficient workouts. This solves all of the issues, super comfortable, wide wheel is great and arm supports are a game changer. Dinged it one star for the price, this thing was more than double the price of the next closest ab wheel, but the build quality and sturdiness is also magnitudes better as well....if you're serious about working out the core, it's probably worth the investment, would def recommend again.
