Power strip with flat wall plug. Plug sits securely on wall socket. We use ours behind tv center for all the electronics. Pleased.

I'm adding pictures of the markings in the back of the device, so others don't have to guess, like me.As far as the 4 star rating: Amazon does not let me submit pictures without a rating. I am returning it (it's not UL or CE), and I'm not even going to plug it in. I don't have any bad characteristic to de-rate it, and can not ding the product for an employee of the company that misleads customers with their amazon answer to weather it is UL approved or not (fyi, just the cord is). Two pictures: one is the original, the other is a croped version with non-linear gamma correction to bring out the writing

Updated review - Now 5 stars for both the power bar and for Trond customer care. They very quickly replaced the original power bar and the new one is nearly inaudible with no load on the USB, normal for small switching power supplies, and silent with a small load. I'm glad because there are numerous reasons chose this power bar over many others - slim profile, 6' cord, USB power, 1400j surge protection, and a 10 amp breaker which keeps people from using it for heaters and vacuum cleaners.Original review, paraphrased to shorten - Emits both a buzz and high pitched whine with no load, loud enough to be heard from 10' away. Still very audible with a load on USB. Was shipped only in it's retail sleeve which had slices and skid marks. Possibly exposed to water / high humidity causing the issue.

The build is good and has many output with 2 usb. However the if you are using both usb the charging slow down a bit. Still ok. Not as fast.

I could only fit three of my adapters in this. This bar is so small that it is impossible to use big bulky adapters with this.

Purchased this to fit behind a headboard that only had about a 1/4 inch of space between the wall and headboard. The slim plug on this was perfect, and the USB outputs are a nice touch. Would buy again!
