Bruno Marc Men's Classic Suede Dress Chukka Boots

I only paid around forty dollars for these, and they look very stylish and much more expensive. Goes great with jeans and also with dress pants. Comfortable right out of the box and I know after a few wears they will feel perfect. The fit is great, I wear size 11 and the width of my foot is between normal/wide. Enough room for my toes and sides of feet to feel comfortable. Great find! Will buy another pair in the future.

I got the natural suede as I think that's the best look for suede chukkas. They look good but not too dressy, so they can go with anything from jeans to chinos. The suede leather is fairly thin but looks good and should hold up well. The toe, while pointed, is not too extreme. The fit for me was perfect in my normal size. There's no liner but they are comfortable and the elastic at the top rear helps when putting them on. I treated them with suede sealer for water resistance and they absorbed it without issue. I have a pair of brown leather Clarks chukkas and these do not look out of place next to them. I think of these as my summer chukkas, which means much of the year in Florida. For the price I think they are a fantastic value.

Not bad for the price. Looks good. Not sure how long I could wear them at a time, but for a few hours, they do stay comfortable enough.

I got these yesterday and wore them around the house. I normally wear a 10.5 (besides Clarks--I get these in 10) and ordered the 10.5 for these. At first, they felt a bit tight in the toe area. I think this is because the toe box is a bit stiff. However, after wearing them all day today at work, I find they are perfect. I feel the quality of this shoes is great: (1) the leather is very nice and appears to be of high quality; (2) the soles are comfortable and grip linoleum floors well; and (3) the wax covered shoes strings are (a) the perfect length (so not huge bows and strings drooping down) and (b) stay tied due to the wax--this 3rd point is huge for me: not having to buy shoe strings that are the right length (or worst yet, cutting them!) and that stay tied. I have been wearing these ankle-type boots (I have all three colors of the Docker Rowan Rugged Causal Boots and highly recommend them) and won't go back to regular oxfords, etc., as I don't like the back of the shoes rubbing against the back of my ankles. Plus, I just feel a bit more rugged with the ankle boots. Just a preference. The only thing to consider is that it's hard finding a belt that matches this color (which are the same in real life as they are in the photos). I searched Amazon and thought about getting a Timberland brand wheat color belt (I have several Timberland belts and love them), but felt it was a bit lighter than the shoes. The shoes seem to be more orangish (I guess that's what camel color is) than yellowish (of the wheat color). After some searching, I found these on Belts.com: Men's Replacement Belt Strap 100% Genuine Leather Plain Casual Belt Strap with Snaps 1-1/2"(38mm) Wide. (I already had a buckle from buying from Belt.com years ago. Also, I find these belts to be of high quality). This tan colored belt seems to be close to the shoes' camel color. I'll give an update once I get the belt. Finally, I can't believe these shoes are less than $40. They look, to me, to be the same as shoes $80-100 or more. Anyway, I'm very happy with them and will buy the brown ones as well. Update (May 24, 2024): The tan belt I mentioned above was too light in color. So I got a darker tan one from Belts.com (BS040-P3588 One Piece Genuine Full Grain Leather Casual Jean Belt 1-1/2" (38mm) Wide) which is a closer match to the camel colored shoes. I also bought brown and black pairs of these shoes as well. I like the brown the best, then the camel, then the black (I just wish the sole was darker instead of grey).

Being so used to sneakers, you know what sizes you need from certain brands. Nike is usually a size up for me while Adidas is a size down. Because of the style of this shoe, you may want to get a size smaller than what you're used to. If you own multiple shoes of different sizes, I'd say just find the average & go a size down. The style of this shoe is narrower at the toe, not rounded like a sneaker. If you order your usual size, you may find that you have a lot of toe space & notice that your shoe feels about an inch longer than what you're used to. As an expert at not doing research, I bought these shoes along with many similar shoes & boots (Palladium Boots, Chelsea Boots, Thursday Boots etc), and failed to go down a size & now all my shoes feel a little funny with the large space left for my toes. As someone who is used to buying sneakers, this is never really a problem - but because this is such a far more sophisticated style of shoe, it's a different ballpark & you'll have to trust reviews like this one! Also, if you're making the wardrobe move from sneakers to shoes like this (like I am), you're making a very rational adult decision & I am proud of you. Other than that, I highly recommend this shoe. It looks good and it's extremely affordable. Goes great with everything & is a staple pair of shoes for your wardrobe. Go with the Desert Storm variant, can't go wrong with brown!

I wear a 12 and bought 12, little Tight on width. if you wear a 12 wide, go with a13. All I did was soak it where it was tight, now that fit like a glove. If the heel wears thru like in the reviews, I'll fill the heel with hot glue. Problem solved! Quality is great and I'll order again. Safe buy!

I bought these shoes for a trip to Europe. I walked roughly 60 miles and 150,000 steps within a week in these shoes. they were very comfortable and looked terrific with everything I packed. The sole of the shoe did not get too worn down at all considering how many miles I put on them in such a short amount of time. The only reason this is three stars instead of five is the toe of the shoe gets very scuffed up very easily. The started to get scuffed up within the first day and by the end of the trip the are marked all over the toe. After one week of wearing the shoes they are not wearable any more. Granted, I put a lot of miles on them but it should not be as bad as it is. If all you plan to do is wear these to an office job where you do zero walking I would recommend them.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it.I truly love it

They are well made with 4 eyelets which gives them more support around the ankle. Good for the money and size was true to fit. Durability I will have to wait and see as haven't worn them yet.
