In the box it comes in, they'll be a card with QR code on it. You will scan that and it'll take you to a google drive where you can pull/download that from

Are these lead or pewter?

Neither. These are 3D printed. The quality is quite nice.

What is the diameter of the bases? Are they designed for specific grid or hex map size?
