Great so far!
I’ve only had it built for a week and while it’s been great for me so far, I do get the feeling that may not last. I’ll update my review if things change!Very sturdy (I have it on carpeting, but the bottom of each leg has two inserts that you can spin to adjust front and rear height of each leg so I imagine you could fiddle with it to have it be very stable even on a hard surface) and attractive. Looks exactly as pictured built, and as the wood grain is printed (on particle board), there aren’t any “ugly” pieces as each piece is printed as shown in the listing. It’s also packed very well - my box was pretty messed up, but all components were kept safe with the extensive padding they include inside. The diagrams can be a bit confusing - I recommend looking through the instructions in their entirety to get a sense for where all of the pieces will end up, and laying them out in sequence. I never used the silver wrench they include and have no idea when I was supposed to use it…? Other than that, came with all pieces needed plus a bag of spares labeled “spare parts”.Definitely recommend having one person helping you build it, as the parts can be a bit heavy / tricky. One of my leg pieces had to be aggressively shoved into its slot as the hole wasn’t shaped quite right, and there were a few holes that didn’t quite match up - you may need to be quite forceful or persistent, but goes smoothly for most parts. For the front drawer: I’ve seen some comments that it’s unstable. It certainly isn’t the sturdiest (the bottom panel is very thin) but there is a trick to getting it to be stable. The “track” that the drawer is inserted into has a silver inner portion on both sides that slides along the track. This piece will tend to slide backwards when you insert the drawer, but needs to be pulled forward and held in place when you insert the drawer for the drawer to be stable. If you do this correctly on both sides, this drawer actually has a pretty stable and pleasant “soft close” feel. Also note that the drawers on either side of the desk are only solid for the front panel. The inside is just a fold-out box made with what feels like fabric and cardboard. Not bad, but just something to note that may not be clear from the listing. The part that I’m pretty sure is going to fail is, unfortunately, also one of the desk’s most important features: the motorized height adjustment mechanism. I have noticed that if I adjust the height to the lowest setting, it gives an error (E04 I believe) once it hits that setting and has to be unplugged once to operate. I’ve also noticed that if I venture within 3ish inches of the lowest setting, the sounds that it makes seems… problematic. Thus far, I have been able to use the height adjustment function but based on these problems right out of the box and other reviews, I suspect I may have to update this review in the future if it stops working altogether. When it does work (especially for taller heights) it moves very smoothly. In fact, I think this could be a great desk for someone very tall as the max height is pretty impressive!

Stopped working after 6-months of use
Loved this desk until it stopped working after 6-months of use. No over usage of the motor (raised and lowered one-to-two times per week). Bought in Feb and then at the end of August I adjusted the table to the standing position, and now it will not lower or raise any further.Instead, I receive the E-04 error that will not go away, despite removing everything from the desk, unplugging for 24+ hours, and factory reset.I have reached out to the company to see if they have any suggestions on repair, or a new motor to install; but have yet to receive a response (its been a week). Hoping they respond and are willing to provide a new desk and/or motor for the desk (I will update this review based on what I receive back from them). From reading the reviews, this appears to be a common problem with this desk. Based on that, and now my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this desk. Depending on how the company responds and fixes this issue may change my mind.

GREAT Customer Service/Great Product for $$$
So, I just started working from home and needed an adjustable height desk. After tons of research, I decided to purchase this product. It comfortably holds two large computer screens, my docking station, laptop, wireless keyboard, mouse and so much more! The drawers appear to be wood, but are actually cloth, but great quality. I after my husband put the desk all together, we found that two of the control panel buttons were stuck and it caused the desk to continuously change the height. I reached out to the Customer Service department via email and they shipped a new part within 24 hours and I received a tracking number and everything. They stayed in touched to ensure that I received everything I needed and now the desk is functioning as it should and works wonderfully! :) Great Customer Service/Great Product for the cost! Would definitely purchase again!

It doesn't work
So at first I loved it. Then, shortly after using the desk to stand or sit based on my desire, it stoped going down. Now it is stuck in the all the way up position. Then when I wanted to replace the mechanism that makes it go up and down, I was told nope, they don't replace the individual part so I have to return the entire set up to get a replacement. Well for flips sake, now I have to disassemble the whole thing and put into a box which I can't do cause it's stuck in the up position just to get another one. So, now I am in a dilemma, do I take the time to figure out how to send this thing back or just resolve that this company got the better of me, cut my losses and go order another reputable company's product. Hate to be in this position as I know every company is going to have issues with their product once in a while. It's how they deal with the issues that is important. To this point, I haven't been given too much comfort. If things change, I will let you know.

Worst Purchase ever on Amazon. Not Recommended!
The media could not be loaded. This was the worst purchase ever on Amazon. I am not buying anything of Rolanstar. Not a good investment rather negative investment. This office desk was bought to use adjustable height feature. That's what it doesn't do!The left leg goes higher than the right one, which makes tilting desk. Hence, not able to use adjustable height feature. Also, when the desk has reached the lowest height, it goes to error (E04). Then you cannot raise up or down until you unplug & plug back again. Attaching some pictures and videos for reference.Assembly is another thing. in past couple of year, I have assembled many furnitures and I'm quite good at it. This desk requires 5~6 hours to assemble and a job of 2 people. It is not an IKEA furniture. So the steps and assembly is not as smooth. But, you will get there eventually.I should have gone for quality over cosmetic. I Will be working on return & get refund. hope they pay for shipping!

No manual & an error message on 1st day
The desk LOOKS HAWT (so very pretty)! But so far some issues:1. No manual so I don't know what the error code is that I just got2. No manual so I don't know how to get to my preset heights3. The pic online shows the up/down arrows and the preset buttons (4 of them) coloured white on the device that is black so it's very easy to see. My display has no white colour. It's all black. So I CANNOT see my buttons at all unless I put my face right up close and sometimes I need to use my hand to block glare so I can see these black on black buttons. If this desk works out I'm going to go buy a white marker and colour the buttons. Seriously?EDIT: Thank you for sending me the manual. I added more stars to my review.I have figured out the error code and how to move the desk up/down. The ONLY issue I have is it usually takes me 3-5 tries to raise or lower the desk with the preset heights. It's finicky and cause me stress cause it consistently doesn't work.

Doesn't go up or down!
It powers on but does not go up or down. Waste of money do not buy. Will be looking for refund/return. Sad as this is a very pretty desk.

Great Stand Up Desk
I have been using this desk for a little over a month - VERY happy with it. I wanted something smaller with a motorized standing feature to replace my giant manual crank IKEA standing desk. Did this ever deliver. I put it together myself (may have gone faster with 2 people but it was doable!). It is very sturdy, the attached power bar really helped with cord management, and the transition from sitting to standing is quick and quiet. Really great desk for the price.

Do Not Buy This Desk
As I write this review, I am extremely angry, frustrated and irritated; which may not be the best way to go into this review, but it will be honest! At the moment, I am not working, though I should be. Why? Because my standing desk is so high in the air that my 6'5" father wouldn't even be able to use it. The desk was remarkably easy to put together and looks fantastic. And this is where the good ends. About one month into use, the standing feature started to become unreliable. Two months in, the standing feature was unusable. Three months in, the entire desk is unusable. Please heed the warnings that I did not and DO NOT buy this desk.
