I use it to help tennis elbow. It works amazing. Watch movie or sporting event while flexing and the pain subsides. Highly recommended but has a medium life as the cover begins to peel. Answer is to but more than one.

I strained some ligaments in my hand and the Isoflex Ball is helping my hand get back to normal so to speak. What I like about it is that you rotate it after you squeeze it so it takes a different shape to squeeze as well as working the fingers. It's not the same motion over and over like a spring loaded hand grip exerciser.

These are really great. They hold up & to get 3 for this price is amazing too. We each took one. The last ones I bought lasted over 10 years. They are great for stress, but also to calm down from a panic or anxiety attack. Use an inhaler & then sit with this to calm down. Great for both adults & kids. Just do NOT leave them out where the furbaby can think you got her a new toy!

These have a nice feel in your hand and certainly help me to release stress. Was an excellent price for a 3 pack. I had purchased 1 previously and paid less than $2 more for this 3 pack. Yes, these are the same as the more expensive Isoflex being sold.
