CanDo PE White Foam Roller, 4" X 36", Round

This will not give you the same softness as a 6 inch round low density foam roller. To the touch, it has the squish I want, which is deceiving. It actually feels like a high density when you try to roll on it on an injured area. I already have a 6 inch round high density that I'm happy with. Other than the hardness, which defeated the purpose of the purchase, it was clean, and in fine form. I submitted a return request and was refunded. I am a prime member.After reading reviews on the 6 inch round white rollers from CanDo, I came to the conclusion that all of the white foam rollers of this brand are harder than the wonderfully soft version in my PT office. After reading reviews from other 6 inch white foam rollers, I just could not take the chance. I ended up getting a 6 x 36 round purple foam roller from Yes4All. It says it's high density, but based on reviews, it is more of a medium density. I have had it for about a month now and I'm pleased. It isn't quite as soft as the one at my PT office, but it is way softer than this roller and my high density one. I can also see it working as a grip for those with lower range of motion in the wrists instead of using palms flat on the floor for positions such as cat pose or even push ups.

Product arrived on time and no damage to the package. For a day on which my back is extra sore or tender, the product is great! Wish I had ordered a bigger size to use when I need more of a stretch for my back!

this really relieves my neck pain by loosening my lower traps and lats. they sent the wrong one, but sent the right one within the week. didnt have to send the wrong one back. they made it right quick

I thought a smaller diameter of 4" vs. 6" would be less effective- quite the opposite! Less to compress and soften over time. It is more firm than the standard 6"×36" high density foam rollers!
