Needles are cheap metal and overpriced. Support non existent. 80 Pound replace.
Like many other buyers here, we pay premium prices and get sub-par hardware. The needles fail often because they are not made of stainless steel; There is no spare in a 270 pound device, and it costs 80 pound to replace. Customer support simply don't respond. I should have known what sort of company this was when they attach plastic pieces to cheap argon capsules so they can triple the price and preventing you from getting them elsewhere. It's all about extracting as much money as possible from a market of people they perceive as having money to throw away. Shame on you

Quel outil malin ! Ca nous permet de boire juste une verre quand on en a envie et ça c'est top. Il arrive effectivement que le système ne marche pas et que ça fuit mais c'est plutot dû à la qualité et l'état du bouchon qu'à l'efficacité de l'outil.

Serious wine lovers should have this
It’s my second since the first one became too difficult to twist after years of use. These are a bit touchy and you have to keep them meticulously clean or they clog or won’t twist to break the seal of the argon caps. It’s love/hate with me, but mostly love, because as the only wine drinker in my house, it allows me to extend the life of a nice or pricey bottle for a very long time. It allows me to learn blind tasting by comparing several wines without opening several bottles. And it allows me to justify buying expensive wines because they will last beyond one meal/day.
