Insanely sturdy!
Great desk base! I've had it for several months now... And the top and things I have put on it definitely are not light. Nevertheless, it handles it like a champ! Great quality, pretty easy to assemble, the size was perfect for my need, I could even have made it bigger, but this desk is already MASSIVE! I mean for the money I feel like this will last me quite a long time. Also, I CANNOT OVERSTATE THIS: when I am at standing height, desks in the past have wobbled when you would put them at standing height, any bump would shake the desk... NOT THIS ONE, I mean even at standing height, I can lean on the desk and I don't feel it move! Insane engineering.PS desktop was made by kevs woodworks.

Works better than expected
I’ve had this for over five months and it is working wonderfully. Put this on my cherry wood desk set that I have at my office. People do not even know that it is a standing desk, which gives me some funny reactions when they walk in to my office And it’s at the full height. Since I’m 6’4” the desk is as high as it goes, which is very comfortable for me. I also have a mat that I use with rollers and it’s fantastic as is my desk treadmill. My fatigue at the end of the day is very low now.I found plenty of wire so I did not have issues with installing. My desk was the maximum recommended on both sides. I go up and down 3 to 4 times in a day and the motors are powerful enough and seem to have no strain. Of course, all I have on my desk is two computer screens and my usual mess of papers. Even when I have a bunch of books is not an issue raising the L. And at full height, it is very sturdy.

Happy with the quality for the price
I've been using it for a week and it's been great so far. It feels sturdy. I reused my old L desk top, and no issues installing. Raising and lowering is easy and quiet. It does make a low clunk noise when first engaging the motor up or down, but it's quiet after that. Also, the instructions lack any words it's just pictures. Written instructions would have been nice, but I was able to follow along with the picture instructions. The other factor to keep in mind is not all pull out keyboard trays are compatible with the braces running under the desk. Luckily mine fit perfectly between the braces.

Two-stage legs are okay but not the best
Two stage legs (each leg has two sections, one inside the other, and these "telescope" to adjust the height) are okay for home office use but for commercial applications, three-stage legs are more durable, lift more, and go both higher and lower. The bars between the legs also do not telescope enough to put the legs at the ends of even a 6' top. Don't try to mount the legs without the bars connecting to each other. They will splay out and the top will sag in just a month or two. Pay attention to max and minimum height and to max dimensions of the assembled base to make sure both of these work for you.

Built my own sit-stand desk
This desk frame is perfect for my home office.I bought a couple of pre-stained wood countertop pieces from the big home store in town, and mounted them to this desk frame. The motors work great--I had no issues or defects. The kit came with some cable management stuff too which was nice.It was pretty simple to build--I just followed the instructions. I built the desk upside down, then flipped it when finished. The frame isn't "lightweight"--it's sturdy (translation, it's a bit heavy). Combine that with the weight of the wood countertop surfaces I used to construct my desk, and "flipping" it when construction was complete was a task unto itself.I saw someone online say they put wheels on this desk--little casters--as opposed to the "feet" that come with the desk. I bought 8 "uxcel 1.5" swivel caster wheels", and boy am I glad I did. (There's 6 "feet" on this desk frame. The wheels come in packs of 4. So I bought 2 packs of the wheels). The wood countertop pieces on my desk are massive and heavy. Without wheels, this thing would be a pain to move. If you're doing the DIY thing, be sure to get the casters too.I've used it now for several months, and it still works like when it was new. It doesn't wobble, the legs aren't loose, and the raise/lower mechanics still work flawlessly.Overall, I have zero complaints about this desk frame. I easily recommend.

Perfect
I needed a large standup that could support multiple monitors.I priced out the premade ones. Wow.Got this and some lumber. Stained the top I made. Sealed it. Attached it. Saved so much money.Instructions were easy to follow. Assembly if just this frame took 30 min. Most of that was laying everything out ahead of time. It's been a few months and it is working fine.

Strong and reliable stand for your custom desk
This stand is very sturdy to support my custom butcher block desk top and was a breeze to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and the raising feature has worked flawlessly since day 1. I’m also a big fan of the height memory feature so that I can create default heights for sitting and standing.

Perfect desk lift!
This fit exactly as measured, was super easy to assemble and install.I elected to install on an exiting U shape desk top that I was able to detach from the base. It looks perfect & is so functional! To enhance the finished look, I opted to line the wood caps with adhesive furniture edging & it looks like I bought the desk loke this.
