The sublimation coating is for any coated hard substrates，Works on Mugs, Ceramics Tile , Acrylic, Stainless Steel , Plates, glass cutting boards , Leather,tile coasters/ picture tiles. Easy To Use. 1.Add 0.5ml Catalyst(Small bottle) per 10ml Coating(Big bottle), namely by 1: 20 ratio, 2.Stir thoroughly, 3.Clean the surface of the Hard Substrate Objects(without coating surface) such as Glasses, Ceramic, Acrylic, Wood, Stone, Crystal, PVC, Leather, Metal etc.): No dust, No water stains, 4.Spray or Smear the coating onto the clean object Evenly, 5.Let it Cure: (3 methods you could choose from) A.Air dry. Place it in a ventilated place, let it air dry more than 24 hours. B.Cure by Oven. Put substrate in oven at 340F for 22 minutes OR convection oven at 300F for 22 minutes. Cure wood in oven at 340F for 15 minutes or 12 minutes on the press with parchment paper and silicone pad for protection using light pressure. Cure metal in oven at 320F for 10 minutes or on press for 3 minutes with silicone pad and parchment paper. C.Air Dry + Oven(Most recommended this way But it takes longer time). Air dry it for 1-2 hours(Sticky), then put in oven for 4-6 hours at 140F-176F(Too high temperature will cause the surface become yellow, so 140F-176F is suitable) 6.Sublimation time will vary with substrate and method.
