You should return the item. Get refunded, or have them replace it. The glass dimensions should be in the instruction pack.

Those drawers are made of fabric. They're not designed to hold those items. You're better off using the surface of the table.

Q: Will this tilt to 90 degrees?

I go this as a gift for my son. he said it will tilt up but not all the way. he said maybe about 80 or 84degrees.
