Moukey Beginner 88 Key Full-Size Semi-Weighted Electric Keyboard, MEP-110 Digital Piano+ Stand

I had been wanting to play the piano again. I took lessons as a child, and I started looking for a way to play it again. I discovered this piano option at a very good price. It's not cheaply made, it feels metalic. The keys aren't exactly like a piano, but they feel pretty good on the fingers. The only thing I have been struggling with is trying to play softer or louder by pressing lighter or harder on the keys. Of course, you must realize this is NOT a real piano, so it will not be perfect. I am happy with it. Maybe it's not for everyone, but I think it does very well for just playing in my house. I can fold it up and put it out of the way or leave it up all the time so I can play it anytime. I can even plug in headphones so that I don't bother anyone else. This is exactly what I was looking for to teach myself how to play again.

The keyboard itself is good quality, the keys feel weighted. The sound is excellent and has good volume levels. One black key seemed to slightly stick when we first got it, we just worked it a little and it released right away. The pedal is a much nicer pedal than a lot of off-brand keyboards seem to have. The only thing I wish were different is the keyboard is very narrow on the base and doesn’t touch the rubber stoppers. So the keyboard can “slide” on the base easily and could even be knocked off the base and damaged. We have the keyboard up against a wall to negate that possibility. You can also put thin foam padding under the keyboard where it touches the base to stop it from moving.

This keyboard and stand was a great purchase! The sound is good. Perfect for my beginner piano learner and will continue to work for him as he becomes more proficient. The only complaint he has is the stand for music sheets doesn’t hold the sheet music well.

I play piano and I can’t get the stand together with out those 2 items C1 and C2 and I searched everything in the box.

The higher 3/4 of the keys are dead. no sound, no anything, also headphone jack stopped working shortly after first song. Keyboard was a gift so they opened it after return period was up. not that I want to try and return this huge keyboard, especially since the nearest hub or store for shipping is over hour away from us, very frustrating having to deal with brand new product that a loved one received only to be opened and attempt to play for your guests but nope. where is the quality control? it would have only taken a 5 second test to see it doesn't work and we would have never had this heavy paper weight to look at. that's why only 1 star. depends on how they handle customer service and what they do for us if I change it or not .

I bought this for my 12 year old son! He is in love with this! Easy set up took him and my husband about 10 min and he was ready to play!

Great quality for a starting piano player. The stand was very easy to put together, and I love that it goes low enough for my 4 and 5 year old to sit at with their little kid chairs. The volume control and headphone jack has also been a life saver.
