Lifesaver for my back! It stays in place and the packs stay cold. Comfortable to lie down with and also move around with it on. I like having the two ice packs so I can have one cooling in the freezer while I’m wearing the other one so I always have ready to go when I really need them.

It fits my needs and my body. It is not as heavy as the previous one I ordered My husband will use the first order and this will be mine.

Smaller than picture indicates, be sure to read description. I had difficulty keeping it in place when I tried to move around. I would have liked an elastic band better.

Works well as an ice pack for me. I found that putting it into the fridge gets it cold enough to use immediately . I haven’t tried it for heat yet but I’m sure it be good for that too. I’m loving that it comes with 2 packs so there’s one getting cold while the other is getting used

I love mine and have bought several for friends and family! It is nice to have an ice pack that stays put! Plus I can wear it and walk around the house too!!

I received it today and was disappointed because it was way too big. I am a size 6, and it wrapped around so many times and the Velcro is insufficient to hold. I chose to return it.

Perfect size, great for back pain.
