Complete FAIL
The lid gets deformed by heat, so after the first few times of using it to heat up food in the microwave for a few minutes (nothing extreme), the lid no longer closes. The latches won't stay closed, they just pop open as soon as you close them, the lid is no longer straight. This is the first microwave dish I have seen in my life that is made of materials not suitable for microwave. Unfortunately the 30 day return period expired, so it goes in the trash and I will have to find a replacement from a company that knows what it is doing - this is amateur hour.
