65mm Calf Raise Blocks - for Weighted Calf Raise - do Powerful Lower Leg Exercises at Home (1x Pair)

I now fully realise that the “point” of these is that they allow calf raises from different angles (such as with toes pointing in or out). They function like yoga blocks for the calves I guess.I have now bought both sizes for weighted and non weighted calf raise variations.The dimensions of both versions also present a balance challenge. For me this is a positive.Quality is great - not sure it totally justifies the price but these will certainly last for ages.Nice eco friendly packaging which was a plus.

After leaving this in my basket for two weeks I eventually built up the courage to pay £35 for two blocks of cork. In all fairness, they are great for the purpose - after using two stacked weight disks previously, these are really comfy and I feel like I get more out of the exercise. But, a star is being knocked off for value, as they are, in my opinion, factoring in any craftsmanship, worth no more than £20.
